Thank you for your interest in representing and purchasing the good body wear by sonee™ fitness and activewear collection. To open a Wholesale Account you must complete corresponding paperwork  Please read conditions of sale below.

Sales Tax ID# & Federal Tax ID#: The law requires that all individuals buying wholesale and selling retail must have a resale number. This permit you to collect sales tax for your state from your customers. good body wear by sonee™ requires a copy of your Tax ID#’s on file before we can continue with your account.

Retail Sales
Purchase merchandise at the wholesale price/minimum

You reorder as needed and good body wear by sonee™  ships directly to you.

Payment for good body wear
You are responsible for collecting sales tax, shipping & handling.

Pre-pay good body wear by sonee™ for your order, including shipping & handling either via credit card or company check. good body wear by sonee™ ships the merchandise directly to you for disbursement.

 Other Terms:
Minimums:        18 pieces - your choice of style, size and color

Delivery time:    4-6 weeks.  Note** Extremely large orders could take up to 8 weeks.

• Upon approval as a good body wholesaler you can submit your order via the Wholesale Website Page
  
• You will subsequently be emailed a personal wholesale account ID and password

PRICING

• Prices and colors are subject to change without notification
  
• Sale prices are final,  non-refundable and non-returnable

SHIPPING

• Please allow 3-7 weeks for orders to be processed and shipped
  
• Items on back order will be shipped once available unless you cancel them prior to shipment

RETURNS

• All Wholesale returns must email for a return authorization number
  
• Returns can be used for merchandise credit only – no refunds – no exceptions!
  
• No refund or credit for shipping and handling fees
  
• Returns only on manufacturer defects or shipping errors
  
• Returned merchandise must be returned in impeccable, unused
  condition including all hangtags and original packaging
  
• We will not accept returns that are worn, damaged, laundered, overhandled or soiled.
  
• Inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any claims of damage, shortage or incorrect styles must be made within 7 days of receipt sales@goodbodywear.com
  
• For your protection, we suggest returning your package insured.
